- Standard prep includes: Receiving & inspection, FNSKU labeling, polybagging, warning labels, sticker removal, shipping prep, and pick up to Amazon.
- You'll be billed for your full subscription amount at the beginning of each billing cycle. Reconciliation for additional units occurs at the end of the month.
- Billing for additional products and services such as boxes, bundles, etc. will be billed at the end of each month.
- Per unit pricing for the selected tier will apply for ALL units, even those that exceed the minimum number of units (Customers will not be automatically changed to a different plan in the middle of a subscription cycle).
- Services subject to pricing in addition to the standard prep fee include the following. See our FAQs for more details.
- Fragile/Bubble wrap
- Oversized/overweight
- Carton forwarding
- Returns
- Pallets, boxes (we reuse boxes whenever possible), other dunnage
- Per pallet storage beyond 30 days
